We are interested in land suitable for:
Private schemes for 3 dwellings or more, affordable housing through section 106 obligations or rural exception, a combination of affordable and private dwellings, with or without planning permission.
We are interested in land that is:
Brownfield or greenfield located in Cambridgeshire (excluding Peterborough) and north Essex for affordable housing or further afield for private housing for sale. Offered for outright purchase or through joint ventures.
To maintain our successful business, Cambridge and County Developments Ltd is constantly looking for new development opportunities and is keen to receive details of affordable schemes, private schemes or a combination of both.
These development opportunities can be brownfield or greenfield and with or without planning permission. Our development team will use their specialist skills and expertise to maximise the value of all opportunities on an outright purchase or by working in partnership with landowners and developers.
Our area of activity is primarily Cambridgeshire and north Essex where we work closely with the Local Authorities and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) to develop affordable housing. However for the development of private housing for sale we will consider operating further afield. All introductions are dealt with in strict confidence and an effective agents introduction will always be recognised.
