As an Industrial and Provident Society Cambridge and County Developments do not pay dividends to our shareholders.
Instead we recycle part of our profits back into the business to help it grow, use part to facilitate social benefit locally (such as providing building apprenticeships) and donate the rest to the CHS Group to support the excellent work it does in the local community.
