We develop affordable social housing and high quality housing for sale in the open market, as well as having the capacity to provide other property and landlord related services.
By utilising the company’s development strength, Cambridge and County Developments has been able to successfully enter into a number of joint venture opportunities and generate profits. These profits are re-invested back into the company and/or used to deliver social benefits to the local community through the work of the wider CHS Group. We therefore constantly combine commercial acumen with social responsibility.
As a key local business in Cambridgeshire and as part of a group that has been developing here for more than 80 years, we are well connected to and understand both the private housing market and social housing needs within the county.
